Bouwe is actively involved in the Association for Homeschooling and the Pestalozzi Trust and has taken part in various meeting with Department officials since 2004. As 'n opvoedkundige stelsel goed presteer, moet alle leerling dieselfde korrekte antwoorde gee op dieselfde vrae.
